this is good. I copied the recipe to the T. It reminds me a little of the cacciatore flavors. Easy to make. There might've been a little too much vinegar taste to it for my own liking

I think this is one of the best way to prepare asparagus. It doesn't shrink it like it does in the oven and great, simple way to showcase the yummy flavors of asparagus

Not bad. Needed a little bit more garlic and definitely more herbs.. I used cherry tomato rather than regular tomatoes for that sweeter taste.

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

This was very good. Easy to make and pretty puffy coating. So tasty! You can use any kind of white fish. I used pollock and it turned out beautifully

Baked Whole Cauliflower

Great way to make vegetable tasty. I cut up the cauliflower in bite size and boiled it in chicken broth first. Then I mixed the breadcrumb mixture with it and baked it for 20 minutes. Yum

Golden Pork Chops

YUM YUM..This is probably the better mushroom pork recipes out there. I did saute garlic, onions and mushrooms first, then brown the chops in the same pan seasoned with greek seasoning. Baked it as instructed. I love the taste of the golden mushroom soup. Much more richer than the regular cream of mushroom soup. Must try.

Jay's Jerk Chicken

I marinated this overnight and broiled it 10 minutes per side instead of grilling. I really don't mind the marinate but this definitely is not the typical jerk taste. The seasonings reminded me of adobo. I would definitely use a dry rub if you wanted a more authentic taste of jerk chicken

Good base. I did think my pork chops got a little dry and chewy. I would have preferred to baked this instead of on the stovetop so the pork chop would be more tender.

Chicken Tikka Masala

OMG..This is divine!!! I was really skeptical about the recipe but this is simply delicious. I marinated my chicken overnight using the ingredients listed but I substituted 5 tsp garam masala for the spices & only 1/2ts salt. Broiled the chicken on the skewer for about 10 minutes. Cook the sauce as instructed but I also added some garam masala in the sauce (1tsp cumin, 1tsp paprika & 1 1/2 tsp garam). Excellent over rice...still yearning it again

Yummy!!!!!! This stew came out SO tender. I prefer this over pot roast anytime. I did dunk it in flour/garlic powder/onion powder and pepper mixture first and then browned it and deglazed pan with red wine. Everything else I followed to a T....

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Great recipe. It is very creamy and is easy to make. The consistency isn't as great as I had hoped. It is hard to mix the parmesan in right, but practice makes perfect. I still like the heavy cream version tho.

Adobo Chicken with Ginger

Not a bad recipe. Somehow, it is quite difficult to balance the soy/vinegar ratio. I did marinate it with all the ingredients for 3 hours. Cooked it as instructed and used more soy ratio than vinegar. I browned the thighs after it was cooked. It was ok, but not a real wow factor.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Man! Was this good!!! Loved it!!! I only baked two but used the same amount of liquid! I also threw in a clove of garlic inside the cavity of the hen. I added some chicken stock to the bottom of the pan so the garlic didn't burn! I might have cooked it an extra 10 minutes because it didn't reach 180 at the suggested time!! The result was delicious, worthwhile hen that I would make again!
