Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Didn't have the 1 1/2 to bake, so I sliced the potatoes using the mandolin and boiled them for 5 mins, then drained them and put in the casserole dish. It was a real time saver. I put a little minced garlic on the potatoes and when the sauce was done, I poured it onto the potatoes and then gently coated the potatoes and baked for 20 minutes. It turned out great.

Indonesian Pork Tenderloin

I marinated my pork with my FoodSaver twice, one cycle for each side of the pork. I added some ground Cayenne Pepper to the marinate to spice it up a bit more. After marinating I took the left over marinade along with some flour and boiled it on the stove to make a thick sauce. Yummy! I will definitely make this again.

Pecan Pie Bars I

I made these for my work Thanksgiving dinner and got rave reviews with lots of requests for the recipe. I made them again for our family dinner, I think they taste even better the next day.
