One of Everything

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
These cookies were amazing! I made these with my mom and we made a few variations. We didn't have vegetable oil, so we used 1/2 the amount of olive oil as we didn't want them to taste like olive oil. Later on we were mixing and getting very frustrated as the mixture was really dry. We then realized that we only put half the oil. We added one more egg, as we didn't want to use more olive oil. I wanted a more chocolatey cookie, so we melted the chocolates chips, and then sprinkled in a few more later. We baked them for 10 minutes and they crumbled at the touch, until a few minutes later. Then were able to pick them up. I will definitely make these again! YUM!

These were not the best oatmeal cookies I have ever had, but I would definitely recommend making them!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
A delicious simple custardy pudding! Absolutely scrumptious! I am on a no sugar no flour diet, and I just put a little over 1/4 cup of sugar, which was plenty for me. Very fast and simple. I did not chill it, as I am impatient and was craving chocolate! I ate it hot and am not regretting it. Delicious!

No Bake Bumpy Peanut Butter Nuggets

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
DELICIOUS!!! This was great for sugar free cooking! Although, I did use sweetened coconut.... I also substituted seedless blackberry polaner jam, (1 1/2 tablespoons) instead of the apple concentrate. It was very good!!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
This is DELICIOUS! I realized that for probably the first time in my life I didn't have any white sugar, so I just didn't add it, and added about 1/8 of a cup more of the brown sugar. These cookies were really good, and I am not even a big fan of peanut butter.
