Whole Wheat Banana Strawberry Loaf

I made this a few days ago for my children, and even my husband who is not a fan of strawberrries or wheat bread enjoyed it. I did substitute applesauce for all of the oil and honey for all of the sugar to make it a little more healthy and it still turned out nice and moist. Yum!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I usually feel like I'm "cheating" if I don't make a cake from scratch, but as far as doctored cake mixes go, this is fabulous! It is ridiculously rich and chocolaty and so YUMMY! I made it as a sheet cake and topped it with the Rich Chocolate Frosting from this site and it was just over the top then!

Apple Butter Spice Cake

I made this for Thanksgiving this year and it was gone very fast. I used my own homemade apple butter and made a glaze from powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and hot water.

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Delicious! I used cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan as my three cheeses. I do think that next time, I will cut back on the amount of butter, but other than that I have zero complaints. My husband loved this so much he told me to use it as my scalloped potato recipe from now on!

Potato-Topped Chili Loaf

I made this a few nights ago, after trying to find some way to use up some ground beef that I had. We love meatloaf around here and my husband raved about this one!
