Cream of Mushroom Soup I

I just finished making this soup for my first time, and just had to review it ASAP. IT is so amazingly delicious I couldn't stop eating it! I did some very minor tweaking... I doubled the sherry, and added a little more onion. I also sautéed the onions and mushrooms on their own, and added the broth later. I will definitely make this again. It's better than any Cream of Mushroom I've had in a restaurant, incomparable to canned soup, and so EASY to make! This recipe is a KEEPER for sure!!!!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Awesome shrimp recipe!!!! Used katsup instead of tomato paste, and added a little extra hot sauce for some more kick. Will definitely make again!!

Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)

The soup was delicious!!!! Absolute chinese restaurant quality. I would however cut the vinegar and soy sauce it half. Very quick, easy and yummy!!!

Maryland Crab Cakes I

I've never even attempted to make crabcakes, I was shocked at how easy these were to make. I substituted bread crumbs for the white bread, and doubled the amount of egg...seems to make it stick together easier. Absolutely delicious and easy!!!

This is an awesome recipe for shrimp advice is to use a little more chicken broth than the recipe calls for. Absolutely delicious!!!!

Shrimp Fried Rice II

Absolutely delicious and easy to prepare. Very flavorful!! The only thing I would do different is add more shrimp and use less soy was a little salty for my taste.
