Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

Great recipe!!!! I had less peanut butter than called for, but I added 1c of walnuts instead and used milk chocolate chips. Delicious! Batch got cleaned out at work within an hour!

Chili Bean Dip

My friends loved this at the Super Bowl! Brought the leftovers into work and the bowl was licked clean! I made a double batch and added a whole, fresh jalapeno. Only gave it 4 stars because of the high sodium content. Tasted great though!

Fudge

DELICIOUS!!! And SO easy! I used 2-2 1/2 c of milk chocolate chips, and 1-1/2 c semi sweet. Huge hit, sold out at the bake sale!! I crushed about 15 mini candy canes and added them right before pouring into pan, sprinkled about 5 on top. So good, thank you!

Blueberry Oat Bars

Great recipe! Cheap and EASY!!! Sold out at the bake sale!!! I used about 1/4 c more flour, sugar, and butter, and two 12 oz bags of frozen blueberries, and I accidentally dumped way more cornstarch in the saucepan, but this recipe can take it! Delicious! Next time I will try adding cinnamon and salt to the flour mixture. Thanks!

Beef Stew IV

Great started recipe! I made a few tweaks though, but kept the meat and veggie ratio the same pretty much. I added a few tsp of tomato paste to the onions and browned beef, I didn't have paprika, so I added cayenne and more pepper. I also added a couple chicken bullion packets and some canned corn and frozen peas. I added the potatoes earlier like another reader suggested and it was the perfect consistency! Thanks!

Pumpkin Pie Bread

Great recipe! Bread came out moist and pretty dense, I subbed half the oil for applesauce, and it definitely held up. It does taste like pumpkin pie, will use whenever I have leftover canned pumpkin for sure.

Butterscotch Brownies III

AMAZING RECIPE!!!! I made it and everyone at work lost their minds over it. One modification I made was the frosting. I used skim milk and added more milk and confectioner's sugar until it was pretty runny. I spooned a few hot tbsp over the cooled brownies and tilted the pan to coat. Perfect caramel sauce!

Great recipe! I added about 1/4 cup extra feta, a little bit of hot pepper flake and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. I omitted the salt because feta is already pretty salty. All my non-Greek friends couldn't get enough!! I was afraid they wouldn't like it, but they LOVED them!! Thanks!

Peach Upside Down Cake I

Great cake!! I took the advice and added cinnamon and almond extract to the butter/sugar mixture in the pan, turned out great. I was worried the cake mixture wouldn't be moist enough, but it was perfect: light and moist. Just the recipe for my extra farmer's market peaches!
