I used my pizza stone heated to 500, and then turned to broiler, to cook the naan. I was able to cook two at at time for 1 1/2 mins. and brushed them with butter when I pulled them out. I have made this recipe MANY times, and this is the easiest way to cook them. GREAT RECIPE!!! I do not order take out anymore!

Simple Scones
Seriously good scones. I made a double batch of the cranberry orange and they were flawless. The recipe is great as is!
