Pineapple Zucchini Muffins
I absolutely love this recipe! It was exactly what I needed. 48 seemed a lot so I scaled it down to 16 servings but ended up with 12 large muffins. I wanted to kick it up a notch so I used same quantity of dark soft brown sugar instead of white, ground nutmeg instead of cinnamon and I added a medium grated gala apple for flavour.Turned out amaaaaaaazing and because I have a sweet tooth,I put a light cream cheese icing on top. This is one of the best muffin recipes I have ever tried. Thanks for sharing!

Banana Chip Muffins I
This is a great recipe but could do with a little adjustment.I read the reviews and decided to play with mine so as not to end up wasting ingredients. I used 1/2 cup yoghurt instead of milk because i prefer to use yoghurt or buttermilk in recipes in place of milk whenever i can. I am not very fond of cinnamon so i used nutmeg instead and also added 1/2 tsp of vanilla paste to the mashed bananas and yoghurt that i mixed together.Muffins turned out so delicious!i'll definitely make again!

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins
i must say this is an amazing recipe! i read the reviews and recommendations about adding more sugar but i say you can only if you like it very very sweet, otherwise leave as is.mine turned out wonderful, even without the streusel topping.i didnt have any vanilla so i just grated an apple in for flavour.was scrumptious!
