WAYYYY too much salt. My husband made this yesterday, marinated the chops, and grilled them. We took two bites and could not eat them because of the salt. And I am a "salt-aholic!" He will probably try it again and cut the salt drastically, as well as marinate a shorter period of time. We are going to try to take what's left of the meat and chop it into very small pieces to use for fried rice or something similar to salvage the meat.
