Fresh Strawberry Almond Pie

Definitely don't make this a day ahead of time. The fresh strawberries turned runny. The crust had a good flavor, but I don't think I'd bother with this again.

Great flavor. Follwed the recipe exactly (except for using a Pillsbury crust) and it tasted great. However, as some of the other reviews said it was a bit too runny. I imagine it all depends on how fresh and "JUICY" your fruit is. I also added more fruit because it seemed a little scant for that size pie. With a few adjustments this could be great.

Hannah's Cream Cheese Caramel Apple Pie

Too strong of a spice flavor. Would definitely cut back on that as well as the sweetness. Wouldn't bother making again. Only fair. Would rather try other recipes before doing this one again.

Key Lime Cheesecake I

I made four different cheesecakes to take to work one day and this was by far everyone's favorite. Nice and tart. People commented on how it was getting a cross between the usual key lime pie they love and the cheesecakes they love. Can't go wrong with that combination. Would most definitely serve again. Easy to make and the suggestion of the water in the pan in the oven worked great. Not the slightest crack.

Turtle Cheesecake

Excellent flavor but a little problem with the carmel layer and crust separating from the cheesecake when trying to serve it. Maybe a little less condensed milk mixed in with the carmels would make the carmel a little firmer and not as "runny". Also, I'd probably add a few more pecans on the next try. Would recommend it if you like a very sweet cheesecake. Very yummy. Sinfully delicious.

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

The flavor of this cheescake was excellent. However, just like one of the other reviewers stated, mine also developed a huge crack. The day I made this cheesecake I also made three other cheesecakes. All for a function at work. This one was left at home. There must be something about the baking instructions with the high heat beginning that causes this. I would make again but try to adjust the baking method.

Orange Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

Very good. I would add a little more orange flavoring, but otherwise it was excellent. Easy to make. Very good, rich chocolate flavor. Would definitely make again.
