These are perfect. I followed the recipie exactly (only stirring the flour [not sifting]), beating the egg, yolk & vanilla before adding and adding 50% more chocolate (mini chips). I also put the batter in the fridge for a few minutes before spooning onto the cookie sheet (to keep the cookies from getting flat). The recipie would be best with 2 and a half cups of chocolate chips - mine were a bit too chocolaty.
