I modified this recipie & only used: chicken, soy sauce, oil, a medium sized onion, 2 heaping tsp garlic (from the fridge - not fresh), a bag of frozen broc. florets, pepper, sugar, corn starch & water.
I ended up using a little extra soy sauce & water to make more sauce.
Served over white rice.
Overall, this recipie was VERY simple - good for those who just want plain, chine rest. style 'chicken & broc.' I LOVE IT!!
