I just made this after a disastrous attempt at pink popcorn. I adjusted the temp of the oven and time as suggested by numerous people and the recipe turned out perfect. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My youngest even said it was better than Kernels! Thanks for the great recipe!

Ruby-Red Strawberry Sauce

I needed to use up some frozen strawberries from our garden and tried this sauce. It worked great. I used water instead of orange juice/concentrate just because I wanted a pure strawberry flavour. The results were great and it was super delicious on homemade mini cheesecakes! Thanks for the great recipe.

Chicken Stock

This recipe worked great. I froze it after making it. One thing I didn't add was the salt since I'm worried about how much salt is in stock or broth. I used some stock yesterday (made soup)and it turned out great. It needs salt though but I like to add it when I use the stock in a recipe. Great recipe, easy to follow instructions and great results!

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

The recipe was accurate and these were easy to make. I thought they would be lighter and found that I was disappointed that they were too dense for our family's liking. I have never had bread with honey and for me, I think it's a little too sweet. I'm still rating this a four because the recipe turned out well it just wasn't to our personal taste.

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

Wow, these were amazing. Everyone loved them, even the kids. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly. I made them again with Robin Hood Nutriblend flour to make these a little healthier and they still turned out wonderfully! Very fluffy and super easy to make :) Thanks for the great recipe!

Macaroni and Cheese V

This was okay but not great.I didn't notice the zip that the mustard was supposed to bring to the recipe. My husband didn't like the breadcrumbs but that was just personal taste. It is a good base recipe and a great way to learn how to make it from scratch. I'll probably try it again with different cheeses.

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

I followed the directions exactly and the pie turned out great and not soupy! I would probably add more rhubarb next time since I like a little more filling :) Crust was great and not soggy on the bottom. A great rhubarb pie recipe!

Amazing Ribs

Like everyone else I did change a few things but this is a great recipe! I omitted the beer but generally followed the recipe and the ribs were very tender! The crockpot made these ribs easy to make. I put the ribs under the broiler for a minute to caramalize the sauce before serving and they turned out great! I have been buying ribs because everyone at our house is a rib critic and I haven't had a good enough recipe to try to make them on my own- until now:)Everyone LOVED them and the only negative comment was that I should have made MORE! Thanks for the excellent recipe!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

My teenager had to make a complete meal for homework and I gave him this recipe. It was AWESOME! It's a great recipe to encourage new cooks (it's so easy you can't go wrong) and we will never order rotisserie chicken from anywhere again! Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe :)

Eggplant Mixed Grill

Awesome! Made this for a family get together and everyone loved it! Easy to prep, cook and serve. It was a great healthy side dish- much better than store bought salads!
