Rempel Family Meatloaf
Love this meatloaf. i make this in my house in our monthly rotation. sometimes i use ritz crackers, other times i use Goldfish crackers....either way it comes out delicious!

Honey Walnut Shrimp
This is one of my husband's favorite recipes. Thank you so much for sharing. I use only 3 egg whites since the 4th egg white seems to make the batter taste too eggy. Also, I boil the walnuts with brown sugar instead of white sugar with a tablespoon of water. This way the brown sugar sticks to the walnuts and adds a little more of a caramelized appeal.

Very good recipe and soo easy! I didn't double the syrup recipe and wish I had since I have a sweet tooth. I was afraid that it would have been too soggy, but it turned out great. I used pecans, walnuts, and hazelnuts.
