Flat Iron Steak with Mushrooms

This was really good, though we thought the balsamic was overpowering. Next time, i would cut it in half and add some stock to increase the sauce, as others have suggested. Thanks for the recipe =)

Good Old Meat Pie

This was good and fairly quick to make, though i added a bit of extra spice which was a good thing in the end or it would have been somewhat bland for our tastes anyway.

Beef and Broccoli

Wow! This was my first try at making my own cornbread and i am now addicted. This was phenomenal! I followed the suggestions of a reviewer and lowered the oven temp to 375 and also mixed the batter for 5 minutes to add some air to it. Honey butter on top and i could have eaten the whole pan, but we shared with the neighbors instead =)

Broccoli Cheese Soup

WOW! Super-easy and very, very yummy! The thing i like is it's versatile. Since I did not have enough broth and a bit more cheese, i tweaked it like many others and it was still wonderful. Even the kids slurped it up! =)

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

Made this last night for guests and everyone loved it! It tastes autentically Thai and yet was simple to make. I had no bamboo shoots and so substituted Bean sprouts and they worked fine. I made extra rice as well to finish up all the yummy sauce. =)
