this was my first attempt in making wontons. they didn't come out very pretty, and the stuffing leaked quite a bit. but overall, not bad.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

absolutely delicious!!! i halved all the ingredients and still had more than enough to stuff 12 large mushrooms. i ended up just eating all the extra stuffing! this is the first crab stuffed mushroom recipe i tried, and i don't think i'll try anything else. it will be quite hard to beat this one!

Mongolian Beef II

had to fix this quite a bit. i already used half the cornstarch called for but the sauce still turned out very pasty. i had to add quite a bit of water. i also added ground ginger, garlic powder, cracked black pepper (omitted the pepper flakes) and a bit more sugar and sesame oil to suit my taste.
