This recipe is so delicous and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it but I have to double the potatoes - I can't imagine how soupy it would be without. (hence the 3 stars)

I've made these twice so far, and they're absolutely fantastic. The dough seems a little dry while you're making it, but don't worry, it'll turn out just fine.

WWII Oatmeal Molasses Cookies

My boyfriend's fav cookies are Oatmeal and Molasses. I made this for his birthday and he's been requesting them since he finished them... the next day! Nice and chewey. I doubled the amount of raisins, for personal preference.
