Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2009
What do you mean 18 servings???? I thought this made 4? :) I did use pie filling instead and added cinnamon and a little vanilla. Excellent recipe! Always tasty!

Oyster and Cornbread Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2011
I have been making this for years, but friends don't let friends use canned oysters. I use fresh Louisiana oysters and some fine chopped liver and gizzard.

Sweet Pork Slow Cooker Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
I made this yesterday for the Saints game with the following changes...I used 1lb. of turkey instead of 2lb of pork and I used the pinapple juice from the can instead of the hard apple cider. It was SOOOOO GOOD!!! I will make this again and again!

I have made this recipe many many times. I have always added a squeeze of lemon juice or organge juice. It is awesome every time and it freezes well.

My friend made this once without the evaporated milk. It was WONDERFUL, especially since we used vodka instead of water!!!! TEEHEE!

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
This soup was very good, but very salty. I would leave out the salt since there is some in the broth and the bacon and let people season to taste when it is served. I mixed in the cheese and a couple tablespoons of sour cream which gave this soup the baked potato flavor. Also, I used fat free evaporated milk instead of cream. It was still very thick and rich

Yum! I used candied pecans and dried cranberries instead of raisins and walnuts, but I am sure it would be awesome either way!!

Cereal Bowl Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burrito

Reviewed: May 1, 2010
I didn't think it would be as awesome as it was. This works great! I agree with the other reviewer, it does stay in the shape of the bowl, but still it's just a little like a breakfast taco! I'll make this again before work.

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2009
Ok, I hate it when people change the recipe and then rate it, but I used what I had in the house. It was cream of mushroom, broccoli, corn and chicken topped with prepared stove top. A little mushy, but SO GOOD!!!

Slow Cooker Maple Country Style Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2009
These ribs tasted pretty good. I think using the mixture as a marinade and then grilling or broiling would taste better and have a better texture.

Hearty Garlic Potato Soup

Reviewed: May 13, 2008
I made this soup tonight and all of my friends ate it up!! I did not use any sausage because my friend is a vegetarian and it was pretty good, but I would like to try it again with meat. I think we were missing some flavor.

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

Reviewed: May 1, 2010
This was really good! I used a pork loin roast instead and it worked great. I found it a little salty. I would leave out the salt, I think that the taco seasoning was enough.

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
This was a very tasty soup. The only changes I made were to add a small can of green chili and I used smoked sausage instead of ham. This will be the last time I make a soup that contains milk in the crockpot. By the time the soup was cooked the milk had separated. I did use fat free milk thinking it would help.
