Peanut Blossoms II

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2013
Perfect! I did tweak it just a tad... 1/2'd the recipe, used butter and all natural peanut butter, added 1tsp of cinnamon. Also put the kisses on top after 10min then add another 1.5(ish) min. WOW ~ these are delish!! Exactly what I was looking for!... and our elf was happy to help eat them too!!

Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
WOW!!! 2nd time I've made this and even my picky toddlers love it!! I used russet potatoes and coated them in onion soup mix before adding them to the pan. Since we weren't ready to eat when the dish was done, i just put some foil on top and let it sit in the oven (no heat) until we were ready. The chicken was so tender it was just falling apart! Thank you for sharing!!

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
Wow! I have been trying recipes for pancakes and waffles for a few months now and these are the best we've had! And of course I love the oatmeal instead of all the flour. Thanks for sharing, we'll be using this one again!

Wonderful Banana Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
This recipe rocks! I use it all the time and everyone always loves it! I made this last on Sunday and made some changes... I used only 1 banana and 2 cups of zucchini and a handful of chocolate chips. I also forgot the eggs! But it didn't matter at all, it was awesome, easy and even a little less guilty! I also cook the cake in a preheated oven.

Blueberry Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2008
Awesome recipe!! It's easy to throw together and easy to tweak! I have made these 5 times in the last 2 weeks! I use a whole-wheat / wheat germ mix for the the flour and I cut the cream to a 1/4 cup and add a 6oz yogurt. The blueberries are yummie but our favorite is craisens & chopped white chocolate chips with vanillia yogurt... ummm ummm good! I usually scoop with a spoon onto the cookie sheet. Thanks for the recipe!!
