Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
I've made this recipe twice so far and have not had a problem with it! However, I have learned that these do not spread out on the cookie sheet. Changes: As other reviewers suggested, I upped the vanilla extract.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
My fiance says this is the best thing he has ever eaten! I used Turkey Lit'l Smokies, 1 cup of brown sugar, turned them 1/2 way through cooking, and put them under the broiler for a couple of minutes at the end to get the bacon crispy (our preference).

Cheddar Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
The only change I made was to use "real" bacon crumbles. It has a good flavor, but a little on the salty side. If I ever make this again, I will cut back on the amount of bacon.

Tex-Mex Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2012
So simple and quick! I used "medium" enchilada sauce, hormel turkey chili w/o beans, sautéed the onions prior to adding to the tortillas, and steamed the tortillas in the microwave.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2010
My boyfriend loves spinach and artichoke dip from restaurants - especially Olive Garden. After he tried this recipe, he said it was better than Olive Garden's! I made a couple of changes... I used the whole jar of alfredo pasta sauce (Bertolli) and 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese. I also used garlic powder to make it faster/easier.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
This soup is sooo good! It reminded me of the soup at La Madeline resturant - but didn't cost nearly as much. The only change I made was to double the amount of basil.
