Healthier Banana Crumb Muffins

Fantastic recipe! I made a few minor changes, including subbing half of the butter for 1/3 C of pureed pumpkin that I had leftover in the fridge, adding 1 tsp. cinnamon to the batter, and adding some oats to the crumb topping. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes, made 12 muffins instead of 10. Will absolutely make again!

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made these to take to some old college friends I was visiting last weekend. They were delicious!! Everyone loved them. Other recipes I have used yielded very flat, crispy cookies, but these were just perfect. One modification- next time I would use a few less chocolate chips, because by the time I reached the bottom of the bowl, I had more chocolate chips than dough left! Otherwise, the cookies tasted great, and I will definitely use this recipe again!
