Made with twice the amount of teriyaki sauce, peanut butter, rice vinegar, and garlic. Used 1.5 tsp red pepper flakes. The meat came out super moist and tender. The sauce was awesome. I didn't care for the dish that much but my husband says it's a keeper and ate 2 helpings! The lime adds a lime-ish flavor which was nice but I didn't think it absolutely necessary.
