Broccoli Beef I

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
This recipe is fantastic! I doubled the sauce (with no sugar and store bought ground ginger)and added a chopped onion. I got home from work, put on some rice, and in 30 minutes when the rice was done so was the broccoli beef! I thought the flavor was very close to restaurant quality, and in my opinion you can't beat a quick and healthy dinner that also tastes great.

Grilled Peanut Chicken

Fantastic! I doubled the recipe and thinned it down a little. I was absolutely floored by how good it was. Two big thumbs up!

Super Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
This was a very simple recipe. I always like having a quick meal idea for those nights when we're on the go. I don't want to have to eat out! Next time I'll marinate the chicken.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
This soup is fantastic!!!!! I always loosely follow recipes to make them to my liking. With this one I put more celery and onion than it called for. It turned out great! Next time I think I'll use clams instead of ham because I think it would make the BEST Clam Chowder EVER!

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
This was such an easy recipe. I used a full cup of m&ms in the dough, then topped off with 3 or 4 more. They turned out really rich! I only got 48 cookies out of my dough, and they weren't very big, so I can't imagine making 72 tiny cookies. I will definitely be making them again!

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: May 27, 2008
AWESOME! I doubled the recipe so I could use the whole bag of butterscotch chips and after making 5 dozen cookies I froze the rest of the dough for later. I am looking forward to thawing it out and baking the rest of them!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: May 11, 2008
I love Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, but live in a small town 2 hours from the closest city that I can get one. I made these tonight, and WOW!!!!! They may not be exactly like a Cinnabon(someone mentioned special cinnamon and some other differences), but who cares! They were the best cinnamon rolls I have ever made from scratch, and I've made a few batches. Thanks for the recipe!
