i made this for my wife last night. she loved it . i used prociutto,& fontina cheese instead. otherwise i followed recipe. the sauce was incredible. we were even putting on rice dish we made.i could have sopped it up with bread out of the pan it was that good.this is now on my list of favorites to make.
