Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Use lots of pam or butter on the bottom of the pan, because the oatmeal can be a bit of a pain to release from the bottom. Absolutely delicious and a real hit!

Tuna Pita Melts

Nice and simple. I use potato bread instead of pitas because I tend to let pitas languish in our home without using the rest of the package (whereas potato bread is easy to use for lots of other things.) I also cooked it in my panini maker. Simple dinner that even my toddler will eat!

Pumpkin and Sausage Soup

My husband doesn't normally go for spicy food, but I added a bit extra heavy cream for him and he loved it. This was fantastic and is sure to be seen many more times around our home!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Definitely use just one of the cans of biscuits and substitute one can of soup for the cream of mushroom instead. Add one can of mixed veggies and I am telling you, you and your whole family will be in heaven (mine sure was!).

Eclair Cake

Absolutely fantastic! Pillsbury Creamy Supreme (blue container) Chocolate is a good frosting if you don't make the frosting yourself. Everyone loves it...except for the name, which isn't really accurate and a mouthful to spit out. But that's okay; it tastes so good, no one cares!
