Dash's Donair

The perfect donair! I've got the meat cooking in the oven right now, it smells delicious. I always top with tomato and lettuce, sometimes onion too. Make your own fresh pitas for a special treat!

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

So, so good. I omited the pudding mix, and as always the walnuts and raisins. Also, I made slighhhly more frosting(I know, its awful!) Other than that I followed the directions and they turned out great. So good warm, but after also they sat a while all the icing that had run to the bottom soaked into the buns and it was amazing. Made about 15-18 buns. Definatly worth the work!

Cheese Herb Bread

MMMM! Eating a warm slice of this right now.... Perfect as is, but my personal little changes would include adding a little more parmesan and a little garlic powder. Also, I have a small bread machine so this load was too big (it stuck to the top of my bread machine!). I'll make a smaller one next time... Also, could add some chunks of cheese too. This tastes just like the "Subway Italian Herb and Cheese" bread... Very good. Nice to change up from a plain white loaf. Will make again for sure!

Sloppy Joes II

Delicous! But its so so easy to take this to the next level with about 2-3 tsbp of worchestire sauce and liberal dashes of tabasco sauce... in my opinion, these little changes perfect it. By the way.. if you have kids, cut the peppers up nice and small. They honestly wont even know that they are in there, trust me! I trick my full grown boyfriend into eating them this way all the time.

Baked Ravioli

There was nothing particularly wrong with this recipe, just that it was nothing exciting. My boyfriend threw out half his plate and I've pretty much never seen him do that before. Then again, we aren't huge ravioli fans. I don't think I'll make this again.

Master Recipe for Rich and Creamy Cheesecake

This was yummy, but not incredible. Needs more cooking time.. I would suggest not turning off the oven and leaving it ajar.. Instead, leave it on that temperature for the full time. I toppped it with a strawberry glaze and mixed berries.

Yummy! Makes a perfect amount. Delicious with tomatoes. Like others though, I found it could use a bit more flavour. I added a pinch of sugar and garlic powder

Banana Loaf

Great! Left out the nuts, left everything else as is. Was delicious with butter warm from the oven. Would add chocolate chips or cinnamon for a special treat!

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

Very good, moist cupcakes. I omitted the chocolate chips, but next time I will definatly use them. Also, I love the salt in this recipe and think its important. Salt brings a sort of "oreo" quality to them. 20 minutes was a good baking time.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Yummy. Makes 6 large muffins- fill the batter right to the top for nice big muffin tops. I would not bother with the topping, the muffins are perfect without it.

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies

Delicious treat, couldnt resist eating a whole bunch. Wouldnt hurt to add an extra kick with toffee pieces. Cooked for twice as long (30 min.) as called for and they were perfect.

Pizza Dough III

This recipe is great. I used it on average once a week, and I am never disapointed! If using all white flour I suggest adding 1/4 cup of flour to make it easier to work with, but when I use half whole wheat I never have any problems. I make one full size pizza and one small pizza. Definatly a keeper, no need to look futhur for your dough recipe!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Made this for family and they loved it. Tastes like the real this and not a grocery store rip off cake. I used Cream Cheese Frosting II and frosted a two layer 9 in cake nicely. UPDATE: Made this again for my boyfriends family thanksgiving. Someone said in a completly serious way "This is the best cake I've ever had". I guess it was a hit! People were fond of the "natural" taste to it. I leave out the raisons and cut down just slightly on the walnuts. Will keep this recipe forever.

Dark Chocolate Cake II

I liked this but my boyfriend was not a fan. I would add some dark chocolate chips next time, I bet it would add a richer flavour. Not bad, not great.
