Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

I made a whole thanksgiving feast for a bunch of 20 year old boys and it was these buns, not the turkey or gravy etc, that they raved about. They loved how soft they were and how easily they pulled apart. Will definatly use this recipe many more times to come. REVIEW: I make these all the time. My preference is to half the sugar.

No Fail Pie Crust I

Chicago-Style Hot Dog

These were great, much better than a ketchup covered hotdog. I'm not familiar with sport peppers, but I used hot peppers and it was delicious. Celery salt is strong so go easy on it. I will definatly make these again!

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

This recipe is GREAT! I make bread all the time but this is by far my favourite recipe to date. I used multigrain bread flour, scaled down the recipe just slightly and made 2 loaves instead of three. So sweet, and so soft! Will make this time and time again I'm sure

Simple Grilled Lamb Chops

AMAZING! I have always loved lamb and I love it even more now! Fried the onions and served it on top as others suggested, with marinated veggie kabbobs on brown rice on the side. It was a delicious meal, I will definatly keep this recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Made these for a group of boys and they loved them. I literally didn't even get one myself they were gone so fast. I took a poll and they rated 4/5. I think they might be 5/5. Will definatly use this recipe again. Batter looked dry but turned out great.

Tastes just like we made it at home. Love it! Try subsituting goat cheese for parmesan and basil is a great addition.

Bagels I

Very good, used 2 and a half cups whole wheat and 2 white flour and they tasted great. Made 9 good sized bagels that held their shapes well. Try sprinkling with onion powder, mmmmm...so good.

Oven Fried Chicken II

YUM!!! I was pretty much eating the drippings from the pan it was so good. Will definatly make this many more times. We are not fans of italian spice though so I used some onion/garlic powder for flavour instead.

Im experimenting for a wedding cake, and I think I'm going with this one. Although not my personal fav., it tastes just like it came from the grocery store so it's sure to be loved.

Dark Chocolate Cake II

I liked this but my boyfriend was not a fan. I would add some dark chocolate chips next time, I bet it would add a richer flavour. Not bad, not great.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Made this for family and they loved it. Tastes like the real this and not a grocery store rip off cake. I used Cream Cheese Frosting II and frosted a two layer 9 in cake nicely. UPDATE: Made this again for my boyfriends family thanksgiving. Someone said in a completly serious way "This is the best cake I've ever had". I guess it was a hit! People were fond of the "natural" taste to it. I leave out the raisons and cut down just slightly on the walnuts. Will keep this recipe forever.

Pizza Dough III

This recipe is great. I used it on average once a week, and I am never disapointed! If using all white flour I suggest adding 1/4 cup of flour to make it easier to work with, but when I use half whole wheat I never have any problems. I make one full size pizza and one small pizza. Definatly a keeper, no need to look futhur for your dough recipe!

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies

Delicious treat, couldnt resist eating a whole bunch. Wouldnt hurt to add an extra kick with toffee pieces. Cooked for twice as long (30 min.) as called for and they were perfect.
