Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
I made this dish to try something different. I usually don't like sauerkraut, but it mixes well with all of the other flavors in this dish. I used turkey kielbasa and used less pasta, and the recipe was a hit!

Pumpkin Mousse

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
This mousse tastes just like the middle of pumpkin pie, but is light and fluffy. I used pumpkin pie spice instead of all the separate spices and it tasted delicious! This has become a fall favorite.

Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
I used Merkins dark chocolate wafers to make this mousse and my guests raved about it! The recipe is very simple to make and delicious! I make it before I start cooking dinner so that it has time to chill before I serve it.

Raspberry Walnut Baked Brie

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
I made this for a girls' night dinner party last night. Instead of the raspberry and walnuts, I used apricot preserves. It was delicious and people that usually don't like brie raved about it. The recipe is quick, simple, and really impressed my guests. I look forward to making it again and experimenting with other flavors of preserves.
