I prepared this pretty much as the recipe said, but added some seasoned bread crumbs, about a tablespoon to the flour and paprika. I dredged the rolled chicken breasts in egg and then in the flour mixture. I cooked it for the 30 minutes, perfect timing! I then prepared the sauce as you said but just before pouring it over the chicken I added a tablespoon or so of prepared Pesto!! Delicious!! Oh yes, one more thing, as I took the meat out of the pan onto a warming dish, I scooped up the melted swiss cheese and drizzled it over each breast....waste not, want not!!!
