Catfish Creole
About this Cook
I love Jesus, my husband and my children.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make sweets, but I rarely eat them. I also love new ideas for dinner. Since moving to Louisiana, I'm learning to cook cajun/creole style. Yum!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I will be starting some with my children.
My cooking triumphs
Creole Catfish! My family loves it.
My cooking tragedies
I've burned a couple dinners and forgotten to buy an ingredient for a planned meal. Nothing too terrible.

French Breakfast Puffs
Wow! These are delicious!!! My kids can't get enough of them...and they're so easy! This will become a breakfast favorite for sure!

Italian Chicken Skillet
This was super good! All 3 of my children ate it up and 2 had seconds. I think it will become a regular meal in our house from now on.

Spinach Deviled Eggs
I really like spinach and deviled egs so I was hoping to like this more tan I did. They have to be eaten right away because they are AWEFUL the next day. If you make this, chop the spinach up more because otherwise is ends up stringy.
