Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2011
Very Good. Did make a few changes - I used 1 14 oz can each of condensed cream of celery, and condensed cream of chicken, used 1 can of chicken broth and added 2 teaspoons of instant chicken bouillon instead of 6 bouillon cubes. Also just added frozen peas, not mixed veggies and halved the amount of potatoes. Cooked on high in 3 hours and served with biscuits. Even my picky kids liked it!

Spritz Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2008
This was a very good recipe to use in a cookie press. I had no problems working the dough through the press. I used light butter (all I had), added a little extra sugar and vanilla extract, and turned out good. I did lower the temp to F 350 (for 10 min) after my first batch burned, and that worked fine. cookies had a nice, simple butter flavor.

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2008
This is a great recipe with a few changes - I added a couple tablespoons of Good Seasons dry italian dressing mix to the mayo and a little extra vinegar. I also added cooked chicken breast (also seasoned w/ italian dressing), and cubed mozzarella cheese. I also upped the amount of pasta ( didn't seem like quite enough) I left out the red pepper (just not in the mood for it) and the garlic (husband not a huge fan of it). Made a really delicious meal - my husband loved it and my 2 and 4 year olds both ate it up too!

Turkey Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2002
I have made this recipe several times now, and it is always great every time. It turns out less runny if you let the filling cool before putting it in the pie shell. It is also yummy with chicken. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
