Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
Excellent! I am a frequent baker, but seem to never be able to make banana bread that isn't dry, but these came out moist and soft! Will use this recipe again, and again!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
This is good! I didn't use fresh basil, or any basil for that matter, only because I didn't want it. I added more broth towards the end because the pasta absorbs most of it, especially after adding the parmesan.

Sloppy Joes II

Very good! I added a little dash of cayenne pepper for kick, and a little water to make it more saucy. Will make again, thanks!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
I wanted to make a teriyaki stir fry and thought I'd use this sauce. Perhaps it was the brand of vinegar I used...but it was way too strong! I had to dilute it with some extra sugar (I used brown) and some more water. It ended up pretty good, but I think next time I will not use as much vinegar!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2008
This was good. I followed the recommendations of other reviewers and did not boil my noodles, but soaked them in hot tap water and they came out pretty good. I think next time I won't use 2 cans of tomato paste, it seemed to make the sauce too concentrated.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2008
mmm...these are really good! For some reason, the first bunch came out flat, but then the next 2 came out big and fat just like they're supposed to! I didn't refridgerate the dough, so maybe it was because the dough sat for alittle while as the first bunch were in the oven. I dont' know, but either way they taste great! I used milk chocolate chips instead and increased the salt to 1 tsp. to balance out the sweetness. Very good!

Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2008
I made the recipe as instructed except that I used boneless chicken breasts. I love honey mustard, but I guess I just don't like dijon mustard...it tasted like horseradish. The mustard ingredients did not list horseradish, but I could taste it for some reason. Other than that the chicken was moist and came out as it should I suppose.

Easiest Oven Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2008
The chicken was moist and it came out as it should, I suppose. I seasoned my chicken with seasoned salt, then dipped in butter and the garlic powder seasoned ritz. It was good, but I'll probably make some more adjustments next time.
