I had high hopes for this soup because of all the reviews. I made exactly as written. I thought it tasted like canned potato soup w/shrimp & corn. Nothing special....especially with all the added calories and fat. Sorry! :( Won't make again. I even added spices, crab meat & mussels-still not worth the calories and money in my opinion.

Asian Coleslaw

I wish I could give this recipe 10 stars! My hubby and I LOVE it! Only change I made was reduce vegetable oil to 4 tbl and peanut butter to 4 tbl to lower calories. Did not affect taste at all! Add dressing as you eat it to keep cabbages nice and crisp. Yum!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I made this for Christmas dinner with prime rib. I was very disappointed. Out of 15 guests no one liked these potatoes. Very, very bland. Sorry!

Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup

Great! Only change I made was I pureed soup to "fool" my kids. They like it like this or with a little rice or pasta and a small amount of Velvetta. Excellent way to get your families veggies in!

Real Homemade Tamales

Pretty good. I added a ton of spices to the meat to make sure they were not bland (cayenne, cumin, garlic salt, chili powder, oregano). Meat came out great. Masa was bland even though I added the meat broth.

Garlic Prime Rib

Great recipe! I've made this 3 times for my entire extended family. Everyone loves it. I do add the garlic rub the day before and usually takes a little longer to cook than the recipe states. Thanks!
