The only change I make to this great recipe is that I use frozen carrots/peas and add a bit of Worchestershire. It deliciously feeds my family of nine!

My family loves this recipe and it's in our regular rotation. I use diced rotisserie chicken and frozen mixed vegetables in order to save time and simplify.

Isaiah's Pretzel Fried Chicken

This is EXCELLENT chicken and my whole family loves it! What a great idea to use pretzels for a coating! It makes quite a mess in the pan, but... totally worth it! The chicken is flavorful and juicy.

Positively the BEST! I can understand reviewers who may use jar BBQ sauce to make this simpler (I guess), or who sub 1 cup BBQ for a cup of ketchup, but I don't understand how anyone can fault this recipe. The only changes I made was to add liquid smoke, and red pepper. So, so, so very good!

Turkey Burger Pie

I loved, loved, loved this! My family is large, so I tripled the recipe and a longer baking time was required. I used eggs instead of egg substitute and I put seasoned salt and pepper on the meat. Very good - it will be a regular for us.

Rhubarb Torte

This was so very, very good. I didn't use enough flour, so the filling was too runny. I also thought it was too sweet, so I will cut back on the sugar next time. I think that since the crust was very sweet that the filling could be a little more tart. I can't wait to make it again.

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

This recipe has excellent flavor. I thought that the added bacon would be a hit, but the texture seemed odd. Despite that, this is my permanent recipe for deviled eggs, with the bacon omitted. The Miracle Whip that some reviewers used is too sweet for me, so I added a little sugar instead, just to tone down the tang of the mustard. Thanks - I love it!!

Chicken Enchiladas II

I didn't care for this recipe much. It is a Mexican dish with no distinctive seasoning. I added chicken taco seasoning to the sauce and it was better, but still just okay.

Homemade Mac and Cheese

Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Smashed Potatoes

My husband loves horseradish, so he was thrilled with this. No one else in the family cares for it, so it was only a hit with the Hubby. None the less, this is a great recipe - I loved the caramelized onions in the potatoes.

Corn Souffle

This did not turn out very well for me. The end result tasted good, but the process was not worth it. I had to cook it for much longer in order to for it not to be soupy in the middle.
