Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2011
all i can say is AMAZING! this tasted exactly like keylime pie. followed the directions exactly except i let the mixture cool in the fridge for a few hours before putting it in my ice cream maker.i used bottled lime juice and it still tasted great. this was so creamy and refreshing on a hot summer day. i made a grahm cracker crust and broke it into pieces to serve with the ice cream. will be making this again soon.

Salmon Chowder

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
This chowder is great! I made it with frozen salmon because thats all that I had but it turned out awesome. I followed other suggestions and didnt pre-cook the salmon, I just put the cut up pieces in at the last minute. I also used about a 1/4 the amount of cheese, I really dont think it added anything so I will leave it out next time. Thanks for the recipe.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
This is the best cheesecake I have ever made. Ive made this about 3 times and never had a crack. I changed the crust after reading the other reviews. You really do have to use room temp. indgredients and a water bath. I let mine cool in the oven as long a posible then over night in the fridge, the texture is much better.

I followed this recipes almost as written. I doubled the water and golden mushroom soup (I like the gravy). I did add sauteed mushrooms the last 30 minutes of cooking. this dish had amazing flavor and it was so easy. I will be adding this to the rotation of favorites.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2013
These cookies were amazing! I could barely get them out of the oven before people were eating them. Easy to follow recipe. I did turn down the oven to 325 half way through baking because I was afraid they would burn. These were really more peanut butter cookies more than oatmeal so next time I will add more oats. Thanks for the recipe.

Pretzel Chicken Chunks

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
This recipe was very easy to prepare and tasted great. I didnt crush the pretzels into crumbs I left bigger pieces and I think that added to the texture. I also added mayo to the mustard mixture to make more of a honey mustard. The chicken was very moist and flavorful.

Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel Topping

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2012
This muffins were very moist and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly except I used a whole 15oz can of pumpkin and left out the raisins. I did have trouble with the topping not getting crumbly so it ended up being one big chunk of streusel on top of the muffin but that was fine with me. The muffins were laking some flavor so next time I will be increasing the pumpkin pie spice. overall these muffins were great and will be making them again in the near future.

Tomato Delight

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
as is the recipe is only 3 stars. I felt the tomato was over powered by the mayo and very bland. My changes were as follows: 1. I used garlic powder, salt , pepper and italian seasoning. I put them all directly on the tomato. 2. I used fresh mozzarella thinly sliced. 3. I used just enough mayo to lightly coat to the tomato, making sure that there isnt a huge amount it the cavities of the tomato. lastly 4. I topped the tomato with a drizzle of olive oil and bread crumbs.
