I have an unmistakable passion for fresh herbs, i geuss you could say my signature is Rosemary and Thyme. In the correct combination they compliment many fantstic and flavoursome dishes. What ever your heart desires... i cook and you enjoy, so sit back and relax!!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Definitely Greek lamb... a leg of lamb marinated for days and then cooked slowly on a moderate BRAAI,(BBQ) served with grilled corn on the cob,jacket potatoes cooked in foil in the coals, cool cucumber salad and a fresh herb salsa. MMMMMM!!!!
