Grandpa Gunn's Raw Veggie Dip

Out of deference to several friends' diets, I made this with reduced fat mayo. It seemed to change the consistency a bit. I think it would have been better with regular mayo.

This didn't go over too well at my party, but I think it's because several people mentioned they thought the black-eyed peas were beans. If I made it again for a buffet, I think I'd label it with the ingredients.

Kielbasa Made Easy

Couldn't be easier to make--although I would used 1 can of cranberry sauce next time, instead of two. Everyone loved them.

Spinach Appetizers

Great "make ahead" dish. Served them at a party and they were the first item to run out. Even got asked for the recipe. My grocery store only carries the plain stuffing mix at Thanksgiving, so I used boxed sourdough stuffing mix. Turned out great.
