This baked chicken has become a family favourite. After trying the recipe for the first time (as specified in the orginal recipe), found it a little too greasy with all of the added butter. Since then, I have made it without the butter and just sprayed the bottom of the pan with non-stick oil. Now it is perfect and loved by the entire family. Thanks for the recipe =)

The treats were good but could have been gooier. I added 1/2 a cup of marshmallows to get a nice gooey treat bar!

Sour Cream Burgers

I found the burgers to be very flavorful, however I did not like the consistency of the burger was too mushy. I think it may have been due to too many bread crumbs.

Texas Ranch Potato Salad

I took this recipe to a BBQ and not only did I love the recipe, I had several people asking for the recipe. A delicious recipe. I as well, substituted 1 cup of mayo for 1 cup of sour cream.

One Pot Tuna Casserole

We thought this dish was good, however it had far too many pea's and I used an old cheddar which I found to be a bit too strong - next time I will try a mild cheddar.
