Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts
Really Really Good!!
I didn't use the spices listed, I just threw in what happened to be in my spice cabinet at the time.
But, the method of browning the outside first then baking them is brilliant! They were soooo moist and yummy!
I did put them on a rack, but they still ended up a little soggy on the bottom, but they were so good, no one minded ;o)
Will definitely make again!
