Marianna's Marinated Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
With the tsps instead of tbsps, this is great. It gets better the longer it sits, but it's still great right after making! It's great to have a recipe that allows me to still eat well on busy, busy nights.

Easy Lemon-Pepper Blackened Salmon

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
This sauce is the BEST thing ever. I LOVE it on potatoes, maybe even more than on the original chicken. It's great on the chicken too, but it's so versatile-- you can cover everything on the plate with it-- your chicken, your veggies, your potatoes... heck, cover a gym shoe with this stuff and I'd eat it!

This is a great recipe! I've never successfully made pie crust before (always turns out wrong) but this recipe made it easy!

French Silk Chocolate Pie II

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Argh. I love this recipe so much! I wish I could make it every single day, but I can't imagine eating that much pie would be good for me. Wouldn't change a thing!

Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Oh my, this is so good! It's a bit strong, maybe next time I'd cut the garlic down a tad... but no, because then it wouldn't taste as good! This dip is SO worth the garlic breath! I ended up sitting at the counter with a pack of crackers and eating half of this myself!

Venison Bacon Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
These are great! Mine came out a little mushy (because I cut the recipe down and wasn't quite sure how to use 1/6th of an egg, or whatever it was), but they were still so amazing! I always hated venison when I was younger, but using this recipe, it was actually super tasty.

French Toast Souffle

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
I made this with freshly baked whole-wheat apple bread, so it was super amazing. Because the bread was so soft, I didn't need to soak overnight either. This came out more like a bread pudding than a souffle for me, but it was still AMAZING.

Apple Butter II

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Yum! I had to cook this a little longer, but I was using homemade applesauce, so it might have been a little more watery. Either way, this was amazing!

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
I put these in a pan (round cake pan, actually) and let them rise for quite a while. Then I brushed the top with melted butter and sprinkled sea salt and rosemary on the top, baked and brushed again with butter. Because I didn't put them on a pan, they were all stuck together, but it didn't change the way they tasted! They were even good after they sat out on the stove all night! For the crusty outside, brushing with egg whites would probably help. I also baked them at a different temperature (was using the dough for another recipe). This dough is so versatile! YUM.

Golden Crescent Rolls

These are super! I wrap them around hot dogs and bake them in the oven, and they work SO well for that. They're good plain too!

Stuffed Shells I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
I think the readers who suggested switching the cottage cheese for ricotta cheese are totally missing the point of this recipe-- it's stuffed shells WITHOUT ricotta cheese, whether for health reasons, price reasons or taste reasons. (In my case, my SO doesn't like ricotta cheese.) Either way, these are SPECTACULAR, and you don't miss a thing using cottage cheese instead of ricotta. They freeze (without the sauce) really well too!
