I've been wanting to make this for a long time..finally did, and it was terrific. Only thing i did differently was squeezed the tomato juice out of the tomatoes (per reviews) to reduce the liquid in the salsa and i was glad i did. Had 10 people and tripled the recipe...worried i had way too much, but there was very little left over. It looked beautiful and got rave reviews. Also, maybe i'm slow...and granted, I did triple the recipe...but all that peeling, chopping and dicing took me a long, long, time.
