Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast

Really tasty! I thought that the recipe made a bit too much of the cream cheese mixture per french toast sandwich.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Delicious, but we didn't have pie pans. Therefore we used the pot pie pans. We had way too much filling left over and used it to top the pot pies (since the inside of these didn't have enough filling). We also used potatoes instead of peas, and garlic salt, white pepper and no celery seed.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Made almost exactly like the recipe, except used ketchup instead of tomato sauce and only used half of that amount. Also I added just a little of garlic chili paste. Yum! We made in the oven and used the extra cooked sauce to flavor some herb rice! Healthy and will make again!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very yummy and thick. I added half the salt and pepper and added some garlic powder instead. We only got about 4-5 servings out of the 8 serving recipe. Maybe I will add more water next time.

Thai Noodles

Used broccoli instead of cucumbers and skipped the mushrooms. Used a little less ginger and oyster sauce and more garlic. Used the whole bottle of peanut sauce when making the recipe of 6 servings. Spicy enough as is! Don't need to add more spice. Plus we added roasted peanuts.
