Very good and quick meal to make on a week night. I did not use cottage cheese. I had cream cheese. It really made the dish creamy. Be sure to have enough pasta sauce for the topping. I did not cover the top completely and the pasta in the sides dried out a bit. Very good dish that I will be making again!

No Bakes

These are so great. I made a batch before that asked for shortening. These are much better. The peanut butter makes the cookie creamy! After you mix the oatmeal with the choc' sauce. wait for it to cool. It is alot easier to from cookies that are chilled. Also, I put the cookies in the fridge about 10 min's for the cookies to set. This recipe is a KEEPER!

Baked Potato Salad I

This is a very good party salad. I did not add enough bacon or sour cream. I will next time I make this. Skip the mayo. Use sour cream. I used shredded cheddar cheese. Very good salad.

Easy Corn Pudding

Very good side dish. Quick to make. I just added one egg. Turned out perfect. Also, I know it says the sour cream is optional. But, I used it and it made more creamy. So I would recommend using the sour cream. I will be making this again.

Butterscotch Cake I

Do yourself a favor..... skip the chips altogether. It is not worth the hassle. I had to fix the problem. Just leave them out. It is a good tasting cake. Nice and moist. I will make again.

Parmesan Broccoli Balls

Made these on Christmas Day. They turned out well. I used sharp sliced cheddar cheese instead of parm. Also have the mix chill for at least 1 hour!!

12-Hour Salad

Very good. Make it with a clear bowl so you can see all the layers. And next time I will add the veggies I really like . Loooooved the dressing. A personal fave now!
