Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
I have to try it with fresh ginger next time. With the ground ginger I had on hand, it didn't taste very good.

It was pretty good. I like the crunchy outside.I added garlic powder, but maybe next time I will only add 1/2 tsp or less.

Hamburger Soup I

I don't know how I can make my lean ground beef not dry when I cook this. Why is it dry anyway? It's surrounding by broth?

This recipe is so easy and so good. I used the vanilla sauce on it for a Christmas morning breakfast or easy dessert.

Italian Sausage Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
Very good. It takes a lot of time, makes a big mess, but it's a good recipe. I always try to use the substitutions, but can't remember which ones I used last.

Fry Bread I

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
I have a recipe I always use. But I wanted to try something different. I don't know what I did wrong. I made two batches, that didn't turn out. The dough was really lumpy and sticky. When I tried to make a ball, it stuck to my hands, I had to use flour to get the dough off, then it was too tough. I'll stick to my old stand by.

Omelet in a Mug

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
I love how easy this is. I've been eating eggs for breakfast. They are high in protein and keep me full until lunch. One dirty mug and one dirty fork is a great improvement. I mixed in a little bit of milk and nuked it for 2 1/2 minutes. It's just as good as cooking it on the stove.

Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
I got great compliments on this frosting. A nice getaway from chocolate and vanilla. I used milk instead of cream and only 2 cups of sugar.

Summer Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I love this recipe. It's a little different, but awesome. I thought, "It's not potato salad w/o pickles," but I was excellent, once you taste it, you'll understand why pickles are not added.
