Hearty One Pan Breakfast
Fast, fun, easy to make delicious breakfast. Hearty it is! Had only one serving of leftovers, and it was just as tasty!

Pan-Fried Asparagus
OK recipe, but it took me 15 minutes prep time (not 5), and I used just one tablespoon of butter instead of 4, and it was plenty greasy. Cooked on natural gas for 20 minutes, and it was still too raw, but the rest of dinner was getting cold. Oh well. I think just steaming in the microwave is easiest and healthiest with less pots and utinsels and time involved.

Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee
I've always been scared to cook, and my guy lived in the New Orleans are for years where etouffee is all over. Thought this would be a quick and easy meal, and it was. I used shrimp instead of crawfish. The whole meal was finished off by both of us in one sitting! I was so proud that he heaped more rice and smothered his plate full of the etouffee for seconds!
