Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
This is a staple in my recipe box, and has become a family favorite and a legend in my office. Thank you! I layer mine in a trifle bowl and it presents beautifully. It is also fantastic with a chocolate cake base. Thank you for sharing!!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
Three words. Yum, Yum and YUM! These are perfection. One of my absolute favorite all time recipes to make. They bake up beautiful, and are a perfect weekend morning breakfast treat. Only issue is we cannot finish a whole pan between two of us (actually yes we could, and then spend the rest of the weekend in the gym) :).....so I am going to see if I can freeze half of the dough. Thank you for sharing an absolute wonderful recipe that is a permanent favorite in my recipe book.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
How lucky am I? This was my first attempt at a pie crust and I lucked out with the best recipe on the first try. Thank you! This is easy to prepare, and the crust bakes up beautiful and flakey with rave reviews saying it was the best blackberry pie my family had ever had. I used butter flavored shortening, and next time I may experiment with half butter just to get more of a buttery taste. Thank you !! :) No more rolled pre-packaged crusts for me !!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
I have been on a "mission" to find the perfect cinnamon raisin bread and I just found it! I am relatively new to bread making, and this recipe was easy (and fun) to make. I made my dough the night before and let it cold rise overnight in the fridge, and then pulled it out the next morning for the second rise. This made three of the most beautiful loaves. It slices very well, and the texture is just simple plain perfection. So yummy toasted with a little pat of butter. I will be making again and again. Thank You !!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
Excellent recipe. I made last night and brought into my office, and in about fifteen minutes the entire batch was gone. :) Easy to prepare, and they bake up beautifully with an absolutely beautiful classic crackled top. I did omit the nuts (in case anyone at work has allergies) and added a few more chocolate chips. Everyone at work said how great the texture was, this is my go to chocolate chip cookie recipe now. Thank you !

Blackberry Pie I

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
My family said that this was the best Blackberry Pie that they had ever eaten. Thanks for the amazing recipe. Very easy to prepare, and absolutely delightful with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. I'm going to get some more fresh blackberries to freeze so we can enjoy this recipe this winter as well. :)
