Pineapple Casserole

I loved this. Not at all greasy, but you could taste the buttery goodness. Not too sweet, just perfect. I made it for brunch and served it warm. Like a braed pudding consistency.

It was buttery..pecanny (haha!) and my family loved it. I didn't have a lot of time to make frosting..Ijust added a couple of cups of Cool Whip to a canof vanilla frosting. The cake wasn't too sweet. It was perfect.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

I wowed my mom-in-law with this for her birthday last night! I thought it would be a heavy cake, but I was so wrong..It was a very light and not too sweet dessert. Can't wait to make it again for a brunch dessert! It's perfect for spring and fall! Thank you!

Easy Beer Bread Mix

I just threw all the ingredients in the mixer and and it was combined in seconds. My husband loved the bread. I make this bread for a snack now!

Creamy Kielbasa and Potato Soup

This was so easy and fast. I added a lot of chopped carrots and celery. We had a baguette with it. The kids loved dipping the bread in the soup. Delicious soup!
