Sweet Cornbread Cake

My family loves this recipe! My husband does not care for the texture of traditional cornbread, but he loves this, and its still goes great with chili!

It had a nice, sweet, taste, but it was impossible to eat. The bread literally fell (crumbled) apart before I could get it out of the pan. I saw where other people tweeked the recipe to avoid this, but I made the bread just as the original recipe stated. I may try it with the suggested revisions.

Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I have tried many chocolate chip cookie recipes from this site and this is THE BEST COOKIE RECIPE!! The ONLY change I made to the original recipe was to use only brown sugar and triple the vanilla like other users suggested. Thanks for a great cookie recipe!! This is the only one I will use from now on!

Creamy Cheese Bread

I use this in place of traditional garlic bread when I make italian dishes. I didn't have a packet of dry italian seasoning mix, so I added oregano, basil, and some crushed bay leaves. I also added a little cumin to give it a bit of a kick. It turned out FANTASTIC! I've made this recipe on more than one occassion, and it's very rare that there are any leftovers!
