Pan Fried Halibut Steak with Light Green Sauce

I made this with wahoo instead of halibut, and it was wonderful. The wahoo was very thick, so it took more time to cook, but had great flavor and a very meaty texture. Next time I'd use a little less lemon juice and more wine & cream (I used half & half.) Great recipe!

Sesame Asian Tofu Stir-Fry

We liked it. I followed the advice of other reviewers and cut the oil down to 3 tbs. in the sauce (I used peanut oil); also added chunky peanut butter. I used leeks instead of green onions, and added large shitake mushrooms (because I had them). Very tasty!

Crab Pasta Salad

I made a whole box of pasta and upped everything else to fit. I also added diced avocado & used real crab meat. Everyone loved it & wanted the recipe.

Pork Medallions with Balsamic Vinegar and Capers

Easy, quick, & really, really good! I used white wine in place of the broth, and boneless sirloin pork chops cut up and flattened.

Thai Chicken Tenders

This was very good, but the sauce was too thick to spread evenly over the chicken. When I reheated the leftovers, I added some chicken broth, which made it much better.
