Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2012
Very good on Thanksgiving and days later. I would probably reduce the amount of cream cheese and sour cream a bit to make it a little less rich next time... but that is strictly my feeling, everyone enjoyed them as made.

Stuffing for Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2012
Flavor was good but not strong. I prefer a sagier flavor... also it was too moist for my taste... maybe I under measured on the bread. Will probably make it again with less mushroom and uncover it for the last hour or so.... it was great not to have to rush at the last minute to get it done and not to use dried bread....

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2012
Made according to recipe and they were wonderful. It was my first time doing the whole rise and punch down thing and after I remembered to put a little shortening and flour on my hands before punching down it went great. Made some in a muffin tin and the rest on a cookie sheet... I really like the muffin tin ones best.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
This was excellent. I was worried that using chicken thighs would result in greasy chicken, but it wasn't at all. I made this exactly to the recipe. It is accurate in saying 2 thighs are one serving. Yummy!

Ham and Bean Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This was excellent and easy. I didn't have the creamed corn, so I added regular corn to the beans and ham... it turned out well, though I'm looking forward to trying it again the right way.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
Excellent dish. I didn't have salsa, so I sauteed onions and green bell pepper with the chicken and added diced tomatoes. Had to let it sit a little longer to make sure all the rice was soft. My husband took it to work and now I have a request to make a batch for the guys :-).
